2. Service Description
Aria provides an AI-powered call answering service. You are provided with a dedicated phone number that callers can interact with.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes, including harassment, fraud, or spamming. We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating these policies.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Overage minutes beyond your plan limit are billed at $0.23/minute. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
5. AI Disclosure
Aria is an artificial intelligence assistant. By using the service, you acknowledge that calls to your number will be answered by an AI system.
6. Limitation of Liability
Global Voice Connect Solution is not liable for any missed calls, data loss, or business interruptions resulting from the use of Aria.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
